The bungalow are great looking from the outside looking at a beautiful scenery. From the inside it's average the kitchenette is cramped you can barely use it, the utensil s need to be renewed. I was disappointed by the private pool, it doesn't hold up to it's privacy. The staff is very welcoming and helps you with the luggage.

If you like to escape the city fuss and to be in rural place where you can hear the bird's sounds and picturesque landscape , this place is for you. The staff is so welcoming you feel at home. The bonne fire at night is amazing warming the cold night of tannourin. It's a place that I personally can go to more than once.

worst choice you can make , the place is not clean, comfortable, or hospitable , the prices mentioned are for two visitors only, any extra visitors will be charged additional, Customer service doesn't exist , not up to standards , toileteries are used , towels are old bed sheets are hilarious, bathroom space is tight not to forget rustic and dirty, water flow is minimal , insects can be found, and the worst part is they have no service recovery and the customers are not valued, the owner is arrogant and unfortunately is not situationally aware of how to improve his current profile . they added extra charges , breakfast is not provided as mentioned , and only one employee is available to take care of the whole building .

We also participated in a soap-making workshop, which added a unique touch to our visit. And we enjoyed a homemade lunch so delicious and healthy. If you’re planning a visit with friends or family, Art & Work is the ideal destination for a combination of relaxation, learning, and great company. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best, most genuine wine tours and tasting experiences I have ever had. The people are super nice, the setting is so beautiful and calming, the service and information were just perfect, and the soap-making workshop was so enriching, not to mention the great food. I really recommend this experience to anyone seeking a laid-back but tasteful day in the Lebanese mountains.

Here are some things that require attention there aren’t any towels and there isn’t ac , the water pressure is bad so you can’t shower properly and there isn’t a water heater so the water is cold.You do not have access to 24/7 electricity as the owner told us that the electricity is solar powered.Overall the guest house is great and the owners are extremely friendly, but these are some things that need to be fixed and that you need to look out for if you’re going.

This is the best gateway in Lebanon. You will literally be above the clouds and the view is breathtaking.. The weather is super nice and the chalet itself is fully equipped with everything you might need. The owners are super helpful and nice. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice place, the hospitality of the owner is stunning. MR. Hannah is a very welcoming guy and respectful person. The place is beautiful in and out side the villa. The view is veryy beautiful. The pool clean and nice. Just be aware about the bed rooms, it's not 3 as described, is just one Room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. And make sure don't use Google maps unless you reach supermarket Jbeil. Thank you for you kindness Mr. Hannah.

I went yesterday to wadi kanoubin if you love hiking then your going to enjoy it its a very magical place and it hold a lot of history of the Catholic religion even though there is a lot of waking but you won't feel it because of the amazing views!!!

Everything's was geared-up and all set to fly in a few minutes.

Nice place to have a day off and enjoy the beach. They have a restaurant with appetizing and good sea food. entrance is free and the chairs and the umbrellas are for rent, they price the item rental depending on whether you bring your own food and beverage. The chair is for 5$ if you don't bring your own food, and you would get a closer one to the restaurant. If you bring your own food they will instruct you to sit further from the restaurant and charge you 10$ for the chair, and 10$ for the umbrella. The beach is NOT sandy so bring your aqua shoes to avoid the pain on stepping in stones, and if you don't know how to swim I don't recommend getting in the water at all as the waves are pretty strong (went there in June).

We have spent yesterday’s night in the villa, and there were some good things and some bad tings . Good things: the pool was nice to have at night, the place has a dry weather so you don’t sweat a lot. Bad things: not clean enough, floor was dirty, pool had a lot of garbage in the bottom, cigarettes leftovers, the soap which was used in the bathroom does not clean enough, and it was the same soap that was put for dishwashing. The host told us that we need to clean every plate that we use, knowing that usually when on vacation, people don’t really want to do that, but regardless, we did it cause he asked for it (note: they do not have a lot of cutlery). The place mentioned that they had ACs before, however, when we came and saw the place, it had no ACs, and the host told us that they had put “fans” for us to use instead.. So we were miss-leaded as we really wanted to escape the heat from Beirut.. It was hot(clearly we are in Summer), yet there was no AC(they had it mentioned under amenities but later on removed it after we came in). Wi-Fi also was not available, unfortunately, they blamed Ogero for it and said that internet has been cut from all 🇱🇧 in the past few days, even though that was wrong. Best part is that they had 24/7 electricity, however, the generator used was extremely loud, so we did not even sleep at night, and after we talked to the host, he was like “the generator is half-silent”.. To be honest, the experience was bad overall, knowing that we paid 340$/370$ for 9 people.. This is not a cheap place, so I think the host should really use higher quality items, and actually get a private entity to cleanup the place everytime it gets used..

Where should I start? No Air-conditioning in 35 degree Celsius scorching heat wave they provided us with fans (Even though it was mentioned in the description they have Air Conditioning and we have screenshots —update: it's now removed) Cleanliness is zero — the villa is barely cleaned the floor is dirty and dust is everywhere! Dish washing soap is used for handwashing and there is no shampoo in the showers. 1 Roll of toilet paper per bathroom: we had to buy extra toilet paper and our soap as this was not enough for 10+ people. The pool was dirty and there were cigarette buds on the pool floor and around it in the garden. No wifi of course. (they blamed Ogero) There is 24-hour electricity (surprisingly they got this one right) however there is a catch! The backup generator is VERY LOUD and it is right below the bedrooms they said that it would only run for two hours at night and then the main generator would run after it but that did not happen the backup generator kept running till early morning hours we did not sleep the whole night! And no you cannot close the windows because there is no air-conditioning (check point 1) This is very sad because the owner has a very nice property with all the potential to become the best staycation you might have (location, villa, and pool) but he failed to provide the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. (Side note and to be fair: the owner deducted $30 from the fee after we complained about the missing amenities — they blamed Kazderni App for putting the wrong amenities list!) Advice to whoever is going to book this villa next: CALL and ask about each amenity as it may not be available. And if you are comfortable with all the points I mentioned in the review you will enjoy your stay!

This place is a disaster no matter how you look at it we took one of the best rooms that exist in this hotel and what you see is annoying rust all over place. The AC system fans is being hold with a papers so it doesn't fall of their is mold in the AC. The glass in the room is broken and dirty. The hair drier is being fixed with tape so it can keep working. The jacuzzi was full of dirt have to clean it in order to use it. And it is not fully functional. The shower is full of mold rust and the shower head doesn't work properly. The toilet covers are broken you can't even sit down properly. The bed and couch have cracks all over the place. The floor is super dirty can't even tell you how much. And all around the room the wooden Frames are broken. In total what a disgusting room to be in.

Beautiful stay!

We discovered Bentael Nature Reserve through this app and were happy we did. The area was beautiful. The trails were pretty well maintained, with log steps and rope banisters as needed through much of the tougher areas—though we did end up on some quite steep areas that were less assisted and required some scrambling. The trails were marked in several places, so fairly straightforward. That said, the signs would benefit from more info, like distance and ability levels more clearly indicated. Of note, the gates were locked when we arrived. We phoned the number at the entrance and a gentleman arrive within maybe 5 minutes to let us in. I’d advise good hiking shoes and dry weather, as it was slippery in many spots (small rocks, pine needles etc). A great afternoon hike!

So cozy, The place is very well maintained and very clean. But the customer service is out of this world! You can call anytime and someone will be there to help you! and the heating system, WOW! What an amazing experience! Honestly not one mistake! They thought of literally everything while building it. There's not one thing you would add to this villa. Super nice, high end with an amazing view and a totally private pool. Spent the whole day in the pool and the night under the canopy. Perfect barbecue area outside and a complete kitchenette inside. Don't forget the Jacuzzi and the wood finishing. Honestly by far the best place I've been to in Lebanon, and I've been to many! Way to go guys!

The guesthouse is cute and cozy but there are only 2 single beds (no double bed) and sofas to sleep on. It's fully equipped but not that well maintained. Loved the water heater!! However, it makes up with the view outside!! spectacular honestly!!

Loved our stay at la terraza tranquila! Close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the city. Hosts are great and helpful! The place itself is comfortable and very well-equipped. Recommended for gatherings and bbqs on the big terrace.
