History The construction of this palace began in 1967 and was the dream of Farid Serhal, a member of the Lebanese Parliament for Jezzine. Serhal shared his dream with his dear friend Joseph Matar, a poet and artist, who was the first to witness the beauty of the Palace located in Jezzine. More Info
