A beautiful little area on the water with a wooden walking path that marches you over the water.  There are many restaurants in the area, as well as coffee shops and juice bars. Very nice comfortable place, I don't like the big concrete wall blocking the view into the open sea. More Info

Rent a bike from this place and ride it in the streets and beside the sea in Beirut. Several rides choices including bicycles, tricycles, and scooters. They even have a bicycle for the whole family where parents can paddle while kids can relax in their seats. History A set of ruins of ancient Roman baths that lies on the eastern slope of the Serail Hill. These baths dating back to the 1st century AD were found between 1968 and 1969 and the site was renovated and staged between 1995 and 1997 into its current form. Overview Four main chambers are visible on the site where the bather moved from warm to hot baths, through rooms of varying temperatures. Located under the floor, the heating system (hypocaust) allowed the air, warmed by wood fires in adjacent vaults, to circulate between pillars of terracotta disks that heated the marble floor; terracotta pipes in the walls allowed the air to rise up to the ceiling. Water from the boiler fed the marble-tiled pools in the hot room (caldarium), and a large stone basin (labrum) contained cool water for the bathers’ use. Finally, there was a massage parlor and spaces for music performances. Sursock is a museum that opened in 1961 on Achrafieh street after being a private residence since 1912. Very beautiful from the outside with its white walls and colorful windows. Inside it's also mesmerizing and holds a lot of history. They are concerned with everything related to art where they collect it and exhibit it in a nice setting. Also, many workshops and cultural programs are held in the unique museum. More Info
