Inspired by his grandmotherโs technique, and gaining wide experience from several big local and international hotels and restaurants, the founder of Sawani Falfoul opened this special breakfast shop in Badaro. They serve traditional plates with a modern twist and the three main plates are foul, fatteh, and falafel.
Every ingredient is picked carefully and cooked in hands of well-trained staff to deliver the great taste of different plates suitable for breakfast, lunch, or even a late dinner since they are open 24/7. Both indoor and outdoor seating areas are available in a nice modern decor with a vegetable wooden cart in the middle for you to pick whatever you like.
