This place in Dbaye is run by a sweet Lebanese lady that makes all her saj mankoushes by hand. She only uses organic ingredients to make her famous saj mankoushe, but the secret ingredient she uses is love. Her store is actually a part of her own house, and once you enter it you will be welcomed with her hospitality. She makes everything in front of you and as expected, people come from all over Lebanon especially to taste her saj.
