The owners are happy to decorate the place for your special occasion and can prepare everything you need for a BBQ (including meat) for an additional fee.

The Chalet can be rented for 24 hours, 12 hours, or only for your event

💵 Security Deposit:A $100 deposit is required upon receiving the chalet key.
The deposit will be refunded 3 hours after the key is handed back in person, after verifying that everything is in place and undamaged.
🍀 Reservations & Regulations:To ensure your comfort and that of others, please adhere strictly to the number of guests agreed upon at booking.
No additional guests are allowed for any reason, even short visits.
Violation of this rule gives management the right to cancel the reservation. (The premises are monitored by outdoor surveillance cameras 🎥).
Parties are allowed only with prior approval from management.
Fireworks or explosives are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Day-use bookings (without overnight stay) do not include access to the bedrooms.
💧 Water Usage:Each stay is allocated 2000 liters of water.
If the quota is exceeded, the guest is responsible for the cost of refilling.
📍 Bookings & Modifications:
A down payment is considered a final confirmation and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
You may reschedule your booking once only, provided the change is requested at least 15 days prior to the original booking date.
For a Peaceful Stay:Music should be lowered down after 10 PM
The rate includes accommodation for up to 10 guests, distributed as follows:
2 guests in the master bedroom
2 guests on a sofa bed
5 portable beds
The living room accommodates 3 guests
For each additional guest: $10 per night.
Please note: We are not responsible for providing extra beds for guests exceeding the specified capacity.
