In the year 1700 this monastery was built in Broumanna, today it forms a community with several facilities. The valley that leads to the place is a nice popular trail to breathe some fresh air and enjoy the surrounding nature.Â
On the highest hill in Beit Meri, this archeological site is located. It contains the remnants of temples, a monastery, a Byzantine church, a bath, and several olive presses. They go back to the Byzantine and Roman Eras. The place is surrounded by nice gardens and terraces that overlook the city of Beirut. A beautiful place to be discovered when you're around.
A very unique coffee shop in Broumanna. Nice colorful decor that is a mix of vintage and modern items. They have delicious coffee and several types of cereals that you can have with a bowl of milk. Also, you should try their hot chocolate especially when it’s cold outside. Great ambiance to chill.  Â
