Drive to the mountain top above the Cedars of god where it is very windy every single day of the year.  From one side you can see the Qadisha Valley and north Lebanon, from the other side you can see into the Beqaa Valley.  Elevation 2,600 meters. This place has an amazing panoramic view. The wind will blow you off your feet even in the middle of summer. Worth the extra 5-minute drive.
