Full Moonlight Hike – Kfardebian

About this activity

In Mazraat Kfardebain, facing Warde Ski Piste, you can take a dirt trail leading to Mar Charbel Statue. On normal days, nothing very special about it, but on a full moon night, you will get to see magical scenery! Right when the sun is coming down with an amazing sunset above the clouds, you’ll see the moon rising from behind the mountains with a view that will amaze you! You then got the chance to walk under the light of the full moon and thousand stars and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience!

Trail Lenght and details

The trail is approx. 6 KM where you get to cross beside ponds formed from melted ice, bee hives, and a sheep farm, and it will lead you to Saint Charbel Statue and the Faraya sign

The trail is easy to moderate but the ground is full of small pebbles
