This kiosk in Kaslik serves kafta, sojok, fatayel and other meat in a different way. The sandwiches are known to be super juicy and the sojok is served without the intestine. Dr. Kafta starts by spreading the meat all over the pita bread, grills it till it becomes well done, and then adds vegetables and mayonaise. The prices are very fair. Definitely for street food lovers.
