They grill the meat over coal and do it perfectly so it preserves all the juices and tastiness in it. Salads are served as side dishes with the freshest seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is rectangular in shape with an open kitchen where you can see the Chefs cooking and grilling, and stone tables. A fine dining experience with high-priced plates.
