Edenia (90 sqm): A dreamy one-bedroom suite with an in-room bathtub, kitchenette, and private charm. Perfect for 2.
Arcada (115 sqm): Includes a terrace, 2 bedrooms (queen + two singles), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen — fits up to 4.
Minima (105 sqm): Minimalist chic with a king bed and 2 singles — also sleeps 4.
Nostalgia (105 sqm): A cozy yet classy setup with a queen bed and a double — made for 4.
All units are fully equipped with:
Smart TVs (Netflix + Cablevision)
WiFi, towels, ACs in every room, water heaters
24/7 electricity with no interruptions
Private balconies or terraces for your morning coffee or evening wind-down
Strictly smoke-free indoors (but outdoor spaces are available)
🎵 Light music is allowed until midnight
🚫 No pets | No indoor smoking | No unauthorized commercial shoots
🎉 No parties allowed — just peaceful, respectful stays

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Each apartment has either balconies or a terrace, where people could smoke.
Partying is not allowed. Loud music is kind of allowed until 12 midnight, since we need to respect the neighbours.
Commercial photography is strictly NOT ALLOWED unless the owners (as Ouwad) give a written consent.
Pets are not allowed.
