Tripoli

Tripoli, also known as Trablos, is the second-largest city in Lebanon and serves as the capital of the North Governorate. It is a city with a rich history, vibrant culture, and a unique atmosphere.

Tripoli has a long and storied history, with roots dating back thousands of years. It was a significant Phoenician and Roman city, and its history is reflected in the architecture and historical sites that can be found throughout the city.

The city is home to several historical sites and landmarks, including the Citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles, a Crusader fortress; the Great Mosque of Tripoli, an important Islamic site; and the Hammams (public baths), which are some of the finest examples of Ottoman-era architecture in the region.
