About this activity

Can you believe that we have one of the oldest salt mines in the world? In Anfeh some believe that the mines located on the city’s coast go back in time to 1400 BC!
40 years ago the whole country used to count on Anfeh for salt extraction and it was the source of living for locals there. Today people of Anfeh still work on those mines to save the legacy.
