Lebanon is known for its natural wonderful waterfalls all over it! Some are easy to see from your car on the road, others are hidden and need a hike to enjoy their beauty. However, they are all so beautiful and not to be missed! In this article, we put together the best waterfalls you have to see.

A friendly family that prepares for you a delicious breakfast in their backyard between Batroun old souks. Elie’s yard is a simple place with colorful plastic chairs settled under lemon trees and greenery. Start Your Tour in Kfarhelda Waterfall

The waterfall is a short walk from the road, surrounded by beautiful natural sites. It's a magnificent tall waterfall and it's the strongest first day of spring. The Joz river extends from it. Feel feel to take a swim in the refreshing water, and shower under the waterfalls. This is one of those places that make you say WOW!

Second Waterfall is Baloue  Balaa

You have to go on a little hike to get to the gorge but it's well worth it.  This is a natural wonder and an amazing mix of mountains, caves, and rock formations with a huge waterfall covering it from top to bottom. One of the best spots in Lebanon but preferably to visit in the winter or spring as it dries during summer.

Third Waterfall to Visit is Akkoura Waterfalls

An amazing place to visit, experience, and take pictures. The only problem is that there are a lot of water pipes nearby that get in the way of the view. To get to the waterfall you have to go on a bit of a hike.

Fourth Waterfall to  Visit is Afqa Waterfall

Park on the side of the road when you arrive in front of the cave.  March up beautiful rock stairs to enter the cave, once inside you can walk for about 200 meters where it will be cold even in the middle of a hot summer day. Cross the road and go down the stairs and through the metal gate into a restaurant; from there you can go down another set of stairs to the waterfalls.  The restaurant will charge you a fee to see the waterfalls, however, you can go around from the side road and enter the waterfalls from the back. The best time to visit the falls is in April & May. The coldest waterfall in Lebanon.

Fifth Waterfall is Faraya Waterfall

A large waterfall surrounded by rocks. The view of the waterfall feeding right into the forest is spectacular.  To reach it you have to pass by a private land
