Lebanon is known for its natural wonderful waterfalls all over it! Some are easy to see from your car on the road, others are hidden and need a hike to enjoy their beauty. However, they are all so beautiful and not to be missed! In this article, we put together the best waterfalls you have to see.
A friendly family that prepares for you a delicious breakfast in their backyard between Batroun old souks. Elie’s yard is a simple place with colorful plastic chairs settled under lemon trees and greenery. They serve authentic Lebanese breakfast including Saj Manakeesh, foul, hummus, eggs and awarma, and other limited choices. Delicious breakfast in a soothing atmosphere totally worth your visit.
The waterfall is a short walk from the road, surrounded by beautiful natural sites. It's a magnificent tall waterfall and it's the strongest first day of spring. The Joz river extends from it. Feel feel to take a swim in the refreshing water, and shower under the waterfalls. This is one of those places that make you say WOW!
You have to go on a little hike to get to the gorge but it's well worth it. This is a natural wonder and an amazing mix of mountains, caves, and rock formations with a huge waterfall covering it from top to bottom. One of the best spots in Lebanon but preferably to visit in the winter or spring as it dries during summer.
A restaurant serving delicious Lebanese food that is open all year long. Everything is so tasty and full of flavors and the portions are very generous. Their BBQ is amazing!
An amazing place to visit, experience, and take pictures. The only problem is that there are a lot of water pipes nearby that get in the way of the view. To get to the waterfall you have to go on a bit of a hike.
Park on the side of the road when you arrive in front of the cave. March up beautiful rock stairs to enter the cave, once inside you can walk for about 200 meters where it will be cold even in the middle of a hot summer day. Cross the road and go down the stairs and through the metal gate into a restaurant; from there you can go down another set of stairs to the waterfalls. The restaurant will charge you a fee to see the waterfalls, however, you can go around from the side road and enter the waterfalls from the back. The best time to visit the falls is in April & May. The coldest waterfall in Lebanon.
A large waterfall surrounded by rocks. The view of the waterfall feeding right into the forest is spectacular.  To reach it you have to pass by a private land
Enjoy a very nice hike next to the river, and even go for a dip in the cold water. The best waterfall in Chouf but crowded on weekends
Several waterfalls that form a small pond with the bluest water you'll ever see! The place looks like heaven and the water is freezing cold. A restaurant is located right beside the waterfall.
An amazing 10 KM drive that has a great variety of scenes. You will drive inside a wooded forest, see mountainscapes and mountain ridges, you will drive past two waterfalls, and alongside a pine forest. The pine forests are hard to see on a sunny afternoon, but otherwise, it's amazing.
One of Lebanon's most powerful and famous waterfalls. The best view of the waterfall is after taking a hike in the valley below but you can see the waterfall from the road above. A great view of the nicest landscapes in Lebanon
The restaurant sits on the edge of a cliff with a breathtaking view of the Jezzine area. A restaurant serving delicious & high-quality Lebanese food.Famous the most for their fresh and delicious raw meat.
