Most bookings are approved within a couple hours. However the exact time depends on when the host sees the booking. Some hosts approve immediately, and others take time.
You select to pay via OMT or credit card. After the booking is approved you load the Kazderni OMT wallet, the information for the wallet is in your booking. If chose to pay via credit card, the card will be charged immediately after the partner approves the transaction.
If you click the bookings tab at the bottom of the screen, you will see your booking history. There will be a cancel button near the booking you can click. You cannot cancel the booking automatically after payment has been made.
The exact location is shared with you automatically after the booking is confirmed. When you click on the listing you will see a button called directions that will open up the exact location in Google maps. There is a general location you can see by clicking view map from the listing before booking.
At Kazderni we try our best to make sure all calendars are up to date. In many cases, the partner does not update their calendar, and this is why we wait for them to approve your booking before confirming. The information on the app is however the most up to date information we have.
The pictures and videos that we have available for a location are already on the app. We rarely have additional pictures or videos that have not already been added.
All the prices are listed on the application. We work hard to make sure all the prices are up to date, and our information is exactly the information you see on the app. In case a partner changed their price, we will inform you via Whatsapp.
If a price for day use is not listed on the application, then the is particular location does not have a separate price for day use, and you must pay the standard booking fee.
The amount of guests allowed per booking is listed on the application. If there is an extra cost for extra guests it is also listed on the application. If you're looking to make an exception, you can message the host directly from the app and ask them for a number of guests exception.
All the information about the guesthouse including exact location and phone number will be shared with you after the booking has been confirmed. We cannot share that information before the booking is confirmed.
Most guesthouses require you pay some sort of deposit before check-in. This is done because availability is limited. In order to guarantee your booking, most guesthouses require a non-refundable deposit to be made. Each guesthouse however has their own policies and rules. The required deposit amount was listed at checkout.
After the partner or guesthouse owner approves your booking, you will have 24 hours to transfer the deposit. Once you transfer the deposit the booking will be confirmed.
You will receive a notification on your phone, and in your account when your booking is approved. After you pay the deposit you will also get a notification that your booking is confirmed.
After the partner approves the booking date. You can click on the bookings button at the bottom of the screen. There you will see your booking with an upload button. Click upload and upload an image for the payment proof and press submit.
When you request a booking your credit card does not get charged, however the deposit amount is placed on-hold. After the booking is approved the card gets charged.
If your booking got cancelled, you will get the money back in your account within a few minutes. If the booking was cancelled after the host approved the booking it can take up to 5 business days to get the refund back in your account
If your cancellation has been approved by the guesthouse you will usually get your money refunded back via OMT within an hour. Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours for the refund to be issued.
